Food writer Nancy Flores lives in South Carolina. His grandmother passed on his passion for agriculture and healthy eating. Since she was nine years old, she has started growing her first tomatoes with her. She was fascinated by all this, also by preserving the story in all those jars that were opened many months later and magically had the same taste as the freshly picked vegetable. His grandmother transmitted all this to him and today he makes these traditional recipes available to all of us who want to maintain the harvest of their garden impeccably. Today Nancy together have her wonderful children and with her husband she carries on this tradition, and teaches children of neighboring schools the importance of healthy eating and above all the cultivation of their own garden to get to this.
