Mina Moore, born Taromina, is a free spirit, soul-healer, and storyteller whose journey through grief became the soil for her deepest growth. Rooted in the rhythms of nature, she finds joy in gardening, sunrise meditations, barefoot walks, and stargazing under wide open skies. Her path has been one of both heartbreak and awakening. After the passing of her son, she was cracked open—and from that breaking, she began to pick up the pieces and rebuild her life through love, compassion, and presence. For most of her life, she was known as Taromina—a name wrapped in the expectations of others. But after the heartbreaking loss of her beloved son, she began to write under the name Mina Moore, a sacred reclamation of self. Mina represents the woman she is becoming, healing, whole, and no longer confined to people-pleasing or performing. A writer since childhood, Mina has always found refuge in words—crafting short stories and poetry to express what couldn’t be spoken aloud. Writing became her sanctuary, her compass, and her healing. As an author, sound healing facilitator, Reiki practitioner, and grief companion, Mina blends energy work with storytelling and soul-centered practices to hold space for others to feel, breathe, and evolve. Her work is rooted in raw honesty, tender reflection, and the belief that healing is a lifelong journey of remembering who we truly are. Her work is inspired by nature, the wisdom found in quiet moments, and the strength born from personal transformation. Mina cares deeply about guiding others on the journey through and Beyond Grief—back home to themselves, where power, presence, and peace reside.
