Michael lives in Central Texas on a small farm, which he and his wife, Laura, manage. Originally from Southeast Oklahoma, this is the same lifestyle that he grew up with. Introduced to strict Baptist teaching, he was taught that the pastor was always correct. While enrolled at Hillsdale Free Will Baptist College, now known as Randall University, and conducting in-depth research in scripture, he discovered that it was not always true. Michael attended every church and denomination he could for the next fifty years. Primarily, mainline denominations and even some weird ones, heretical ones, and a couple of cults. Only in recent years, with the advent of the internet, did he realize the abundance of information available to us. Michael has a passion for sharing the gospel and biblical history to prove and establish the validity of scripture. Many of his references and sources are early government documents, Jewish documents, and accounts written by early historians. Michael currently has two series available. The first is "The Dawn of Christianity", which tells the story of the Christian faith and how it developed to what it is today. The second is a quick-read series featuring specific topics of interest, "Lies My Pastor Told Me".
