I was bullied into writing this book by boredom during the long days of Covid. I don’t really think of myself as an author, but I’ve always loved creating stories. What I do know is that my passion for the outdoors weaves its way into every page. I want you to feel what I feel out there, a cool breeze brushing your face as the warmth of the sun seeps into your skin, the sharp, clean scent of tall pines rising around you, and the steady drum of a river tumbling over stone. That’s the world I invite you into. Book two in this series, What the Island Hides, is expected to be completed by winter 2025.
