Matthew Dietrich has been an entrepreneur since he was 12 years old. He grew up in a small lower-class neighborhood in Winfield, Maryland. He started working at twelve years old, cleaning houses and working as a construction laborer. He struggled throughout school, fitting in and getting below-average grades. He got a job at 18 working for the local government in fleet management and went on to start his own Automotive Repair shop at 29 years old. He tried multiple side hustles along the way, accidentally became a real estate investor in 2002, then started buying real estate assets in 2012 and had enough rental income to semi-retire himself in 2017. (Five years of hard work and some sacrifice) He became financially independent at 47 years old. He is currently still buying real estate and enjoying time freedom. When he’s not buying real estate, he enjoys working on classic cars, racing off-road motorcycles, and spending time with his family. He also enjoys helping and mentoring others to become financially free. Matt says that you need work ethic, faith, and grit to become successful, NO COLLEGE DEBT NEEDED.
