Margie Goldsmith, winner of the Society of American Travel Writers Gold Lowell Thomas Award and 100 other writing awards, has hiked, biked, climbed, paddled, and luxuriated in 150 countries on seven continents and written about them all for Travel + Leisure, Robb Report, Wall Street Journal, The Globe and Mail, New York Times, and many others. She is a contributing writer for Wine, Dine and Travel, Food and Travel, and Business Jet Traveler. She specializes in experiential travel and interviews with CEOs, celebrities, and musicians, including Francis Ford Coppola, Sir Richard Branson, Gordon Ramsay, Harry Connick Jr., Robert Herjavec, and many others. Goldsmith is a triathlete and marathoner, has climbed to Advanced Base Camp of the north face of Mt. Everest, practices boxing, and plays blues harmonica. As a composer, lyricist, singer and blues harmonica player, she has released two albums: Margie Goldsmith and Friends" Parts 1 and 2. She has written three non-fiction books and one novel.
