Lisa Marie Shaughnessy is a certified life coach, former media advertising executive, and behavioral health marketing and business development professional. Throughout her career, she has worked for numerous radio stations such as Owens Broadcasting (Buck Owens), Clear Channel Communications, Bonneville, Hubbard, Sandusky, Marathon Communications and more. During her tenure, she created some of the best product moving promotions for Coca-Cola, Miller Brewing Company, Scottsdale Healthcare and several other industries from automotive to HVAC, Healthcare and more. She has won numerous awards from being a Clear Channel Presidents Club recipient, Coca- Cola Promotion of the year, new business account executive of the year, numerous Account Executive of the Month awards and The Bob Devaney award for raising more money in the state of Nebraska for Cerebral Palsy. Recently being a finalist for employee of the year at Santé Center for Healing and breaking the overall company record in her territory two years in a row. Her life has been filled with tragedy, tipping points and triumphs. In 2009, she was led to believe she was a candidate for testosterone replacement therapy at a hormone clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona. After spending three years on testosterone replacement therapy, she developed an iatrogenic addiction that led her to contemplating suicide. She is a public speaker and presents to licensed professional counselors, licensed clinical social workers and other medical professionals. Her topic, “Testosterone The Next Drug Epidemic: Side Effects-Addiction-Death.” Her book is the first to explore, in depth, the addictive side of testosterone.
