Leah Aguirre, LCSW, is a relationship coach, author, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience in trauma-focused and attachment-focused care. She is a Certified EMDR Therapist and the co-founder of Cove Counseling Group, a trauma-informed and trauma-focused group practice based in San Diego. While Leah’s clinical background is rooted in psychotherapy, her current work focuses on coaching adults who are ready to break free from self-abandonment, heal attachment wounds, rebuild self-worth, and step out of toxic dating and relationship patterns for good.
