My service in the restaurant industry started as a cook, ending 13 years later with responsibility for 17 restaurants. In 1980, my career in retail automotive began as a rookie salesperson. In 41 years my opportunities to serve expanded to include Sales Manager, General Manager, Variable Ops Director, Internet Director, and Training Director. Starting in 2021, I have devoted my efforts to serving others via the Bonorato Creative Group, mentoring professionals in different industries to excel in personal development, leadership, teamwork, marketing, & sales. My guiding principles include my commitment to continuous improvement, integrity, excellence, and teamwork in order to facilitate client improvement and success. In 2022, I published WORK WITH ME NOT FOR ME, a book designed to take leaders on a journey to develop their skills in order to be more, do more, and earn more. To encourage readers and clients to develop their skills, I publish a twice weekly newsletter, the LarryonLearning Morning Minute; available via subscription in YouTube and email, and in various social media. Our client services include one-on-one mentoring, group coaching, and public speaking.
