Kira Lynne was born in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and grew up in Vancouver, British Columbia. She tried many different careers - including restaurant manager, hospital administrator, and paralegal - until she found her true calling and became a life coach and counsellor. She has lived with chronic pain and illness for over 20 years, and it was her journey to find answers that led to her writing Aches, Pains, and Love.
