I live in rural NW Oregon on a 5 generation farm. I have two intelligent and loving kids, 2 dogs, a cat, and really naughty mini horse as well as cattle. I spent my career in education and after Covid-19 realized there are so many other interests that I needed to pursue, including writing. Leaving the career that literally created my identity has been the best move I've ever made. It's truly been just a leap of faith into the unknown. Prioritizing self care during a Global Pandemic is my first published book and I'm working on more. I hope you find information within it to make your life calmer, healthier, and more fulfilling.
