Kelsey Domiana is an intuitive lifestyle coach and yoga instructor who helps women struggling to balance raising a family, being a supportive wife, and showing up for themselves. She makes a daily conscious effort to remain grounded and balanced while her husband is always on the go as a professional basketball player. Between living abroad and stateside for his job, Kelsey uses creativity, connection, and communication to make their lifestyle work. It’s not without its challenges, and through her virtual one-on-one programs, she shares the wisdom she’s collected from their adventures and has created a tribe of mamas with similar family dynamics. Her yoga journey started as a way to enhance her performance as a professional basketball player. It was a low-impact way to build strength, release tension in neglected muscles, tendons, and fascia, enhance mind-body connection, and breathe correctly. Game changer. Along the way she became certified in Hatha yoga, and now, her yoga practice focuses on exploring the union of breath and movement. This has catapulted her spiritual journey and energy awakening as a lightworker. She is a magnetic force who truly believes that heart-centered work creates magic. She teaches yoga workshops at Youth Basketball and Empowerment camps in Senegal, Africa, annually. Making yoga accessible to those who otherwise wouldn’t have access to it, ignites her. The most rewarding part of her yoga journey is sharing it with her one-year-old daughter, Juniper. They explore breath-led movement together through meditation, asanas, and babywearing yoga. She fastens Juniper onto her with a wrap that encourages a sacred bond and celebrates the beauty and divinity of motherhood called Reclaim Woven. Kelsey attended Miami University for her undergraduate degree and Purdue University for her graduate degree. She is the CEO of the Maurice Ndour Foundation. Currently, Kelsey teaches Hatha, meditation, prenatal, and babywearing yoga in Scottsdale, Arizona and coaches clients online.
