I am a registered psychotherapist and I work in private practice. I have dedicated my career to working in the field of anger, abuse, and trauma recovery. This is no doubt because of my history of childhood abuse and adult abuse. My first book Invisible Wounds: Help, Hope, and Healing for Women in Abusive Relationships, and Recovery, has been a very much-loved book that has helped thousands of women. This updated 3rd edition is now available in kindle, print and audiobook formats.
