Kat Craddock is the New York City-based Editor-in-Chief and CEO of SAVEUR magazine. She joined the legacy food publication in 2015 by way of the test kitchen, and in an unprecedented move, acquired the title in 2023. The recipient of the 2024 IACP Trail Blazer Award, Kat has nearly 20 years of combined experience across media as a writer and recipe developer, as well as hands-on in food—including as a bread baker, pastry chef, and cheesemonger in acclaimed restaurants and specialty shops throughout New York City, Boston, and Chicago.
