José Enrique Pérez—known as Enrique Pérez—is a Cuban-American author, entrepreneur, and international fintech executive whose writing explores geopolitics, technology, identity, and the forces that shape what people believe.

Earlier in his life, Enrique studied physics in the former Soviet Union. He later lived and worked across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Latvia, Finland, Russia, and Malta.
