Mary Jones has spent the better part of her adult life researching natural medicine, not as an academic pursuit, but out of genuine personal necessity. In her teens, recurring skin and respiratory infections led to repeated antibiotic courses that cleared the symptoms but never resolved why they kept coming back. Mary could not accept that this was the best answer available, and made her mission to find what conventional medicine was not telling her.

She spent years studying herbal and plant-based medicine from every source she could find, testing remedies in her own life until she found what genuinely worked. Today natural medicine is her first line of defense, and she has not looked back since.

Her books span the full range of natural health, from herbal antibiotics and antivirals to essential oils and plant-based remedies, written for anyone who wants practical, accessible alternatives to conventional treatment, without the side effects that so often come with it. She found her way through by doing the research herself, and these books exist so her readers do not have to start from scratch.
