He is a business advisor and leads teams at small and large companies in leading and managing change, accountability and customer service to improve the business outcomes. In his business career, John has consulted with over 400 companies to assist with strategic methods to increase profitability. John's first book Who Killed Change?, co-authored with Ken Blanchard, Judd Hoekstra and Pat Zigarmi was published in May 2009. In 2012, he and co-author, Michael Mountjoy, had Who Pardoned Accountability? published. John also keynotes and shares inspiring methods for leading and managing change, accountability and customer service. John holds a master's degree in Organizational Management and a bachelor's degree in Management of Human Resources.
