Jeff Korte is an author with a diverse background that has greatly influenced his writing. Raised in a small town in Nebraska, Jeff joined the Marines straight out of high school and was stationed at Subic Bay Naval base in the Philippine Islands. It was during his time there that the idea for his book, "Danilo," was born. After his military service, Jeff pursued higher education and spent over 30 years as a financial planner for a major investment bank. Despite his successful career in finance, Jeff never lost his passion for storytelling. Currently, Jeff splits his time between Scottsdale, Arizona and an island on Lake Pend Oreille in Northern Idaho. When he's not writing, Jeff enjoys spending time in nature and exploring new adventures. "Danilo" is Jeff's debut novel, and he looks forward to sharing more stories with readers in the future.
