Jeannie Collins Beaudin is a Canadian pharmacist (now retired), with 20 years experience writing and speaking to local, provincial and national audiences. She has received several awards for her specialized pharmacy compounding practice and contributions to her profession, including the Magnum Opus Award for innovative practice, the Meritorious Service Award for service to the profession and the “My Favorite Pharmacist” Award for customer service. She has been a peer reviewer for the Canadian Council on Continuing Education in Pharmacy for over 20 years, helping in the process to ensure quality education for practicing pharmacists in Canada. As well as her personal health blog, started in 2016, where she discusses health news, opinions and ideas, she has also written blogs and articles for the national pharmacy journal, Pharmacy Practice + Business since 2006.
