years, he feels obligated to share his knowledge and
expertise with more people in the U.S. and worldwide.

Jay is a member of an exclusive "Billion Dollar Club"
in Real Estate. He was in the nation's top 100 during
his first year in residential sales and is in the Real Estate
Hall of Fame for Prudential/Berkshire Hathaway.
He is also ABC4's Real Estate Specialist and is
followed each Sunday afternoon in the 8th Season of,
Real Estate Essentials with Jay Deher.
Jay strongly believes in the power of mentorship and
dedicates a lot of his time and resources to help others
reach the level of success he has achieved and beyond.
He is the President of the Utah Association of Homes
and Services and the Founder and CEO of Top Equity
Realty. In 2019, Jay started Top Equity Realty, which
is currently in the top 1% of the fastest-growing
brokerages in the state of Utah.
When not working to help others achieve their dreams,
Jay loves spending time with his family and friends or
traveling with his fiancé on various adventures.
Just recently, Jay decided to publish his first book – an
opportunity to share his knowledge, ideas, and
expertise with even more people from around the
world. Now, even those who can't reach him can still
learn from him and be part of a truly winning team.
