Janna Donovan is a work stress coach and counselor with an MBA who has worked for a multi-national company, a .com startup, and an established retailer. In 2005, Janna was a marketing leader who kept a gritty personal diary when she found herself battling burnout in a foreign country. She knows how distrust, shame, secrecy, and over-work can lead to panic events and depression. She's funny and sarcastic and serious and compassionate. Her wisdom and lessons are wrapped in an explosive package of honesty and secret-busting revelations. Her experience can help you break up with anger, resentment, anxiety and guilt. Janna now works in her own coaching and counseling practice, helping individuals with high amounts of work stress and worry. She left business to become a licensed counselor and work stress coach, after seeing firsthand what anxiety disorders, depression and burnout do to people. She helps them build greater focus, innovation and connection with others. Janna was born in Texas where she studied Political Science at Texas A&M University, obtained her M.B.A. from the University of Texas and worked for 20 years in various roles. In 2005 she began the adventure of a lifetime, working in Malaysia. In 2013, she obtained a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the University of Louisville. Burnout Diaries is her first book.
