Dr. James P. Marshall is an Assistant Professor of Family Life for the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service. He is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) and a clinical member and approved supervisor of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. He develops programs on marriage, parenting, and personal well-being. James has worked as an educator, therapist, and trainer in a variety of professional settings. He has a passion for marriage and family life education and helping people create and maintain quality relationships. He has worked with Extension colleagues to create several award-winning family life programs, such as The Marriage Garden, See the World Through My Eyes, A Parenting Journey, and The Personal Journey.
