Heather McKean can usually be found at her home on the magical island of Maui hunting for sea glass with her husband, two girls, and a slobbery but lovable English Bulldog. In her spare time, she is an international speaker, writer, and author. Heather is the founder of MindChange.com and the creator of the Mind Change Method® and the Metanoia Method®. In 2012, Heather found herself on the brink of death from numerous "incurable" diseases. After taking her health into her own hands, Heather made a full recovery and now helps others find freedom from limiting beliefs and past traumas. It is her goal to "change the world, one mind at a time".
