A retired Air Force One pilot and former Director of Operations for the Presidential Airlift Group, Geoff brings more than 20 years of military leadership experience into the heart of family transformation work. As one of the elite pilots selected to fly the President aboard Air Force One, Geoff served in one of the most prestigious and high-stakes roles in the military. His career included key leadership roles supporting the White House, combat airlift and humanitarian operations in multiple theaters, and training future fighter pilots at the Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training Program. In 2024, Geoff made the courageous decision to retire from military service to co-lead Renala alongside his wife, Brittany. His shift from Presidential pilot to family leadership coach was rooted in a desire not only to be a leader—but to inspire and create them. Through Renala, Geoff now helps families design vision, purpose, and values together, using experiential retreats, coaching, and play-based tools to help families better understand one another, build stronger support systems, and co-create a vision, purpose, and values for their family. He is the co-author of the book, Living Room Leadership.
