Prior to being an author, I have managed and own several businesses. I have also been a college instructor and corporate trainer for over a decade. While acquiring my master's degree, I was inundated with leadership and management theories, as well as a plethora of management philosophies. While it was a great learning experience and aided me in being an effective manager, some of the philosophies were not user-friendly, nor were they easy to facilitate or implement in day-to-day operations.
This was the catalyst for me to write the book Dynamic Leadership Made Easy. I took leadership philosophies and coupled them with anecdotal experiences to formulate the book. The book makes it easy for a manager or leader at any level to implement and facilitate the tenets of effective leadership. I hope you enjoy the book and my best regards to you and yours. Now go out and be a leader that will make an impact and have a legacy.
