Gail A. McHugh is an author and psychologist who is passionate about helping people navigate the currents of life and watching them soar to their greatest potential as calm, capable, and confident human beings. Gail has been a school psychologist for over 27 years and has worked individually with hundreds of students and their families to improve social-emotional and behavioral skills for everyday life. Gail is a mom, and now a grandmother(!), who absolutely loves spending time with family, traveling, exploring multi-cultural herbalism and spirituality, and engaging in various forms of conscious dance and play with groups of like-minded souls. She currently lives in New England with her wonderful partner and their black Labrador Retriever, a black cat, several goats, chickens, and Guinea hens. They say life is a journey, not a destination, so Gail truly appreciates this journey!
