Gabriele Dolzadelli nasce nel 1988 a Morbegno, in provincia di Sondrio. Vive a Chiavenna e ha autopubblicato il suo primo romanzo nel 2014 (La terra di nessuno, primo volume della saga Jolly Roger). Ne sono seguiti altri quattro: Le chiavi dello scrigno (2015), I fratelli della costa (2016), La torre del ribelle (2017) e Il piano di Archer (2018). Nel 2016 ha fondato il gruppo Facebook “Self Publishing Italia”, luogo virtuale in cui più di un migliaio di utenti si scambia pareri, consigli ed esperienze sul mondo dell’autopubblicazione.
