Fred is the Principal Consultant at Gatts Consulting, where he partners with organizations to drive transformation, develop leadership capacity, and navigate change effectively. Fred holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond, a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from The George Washington University, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Leadership at Virginia Commonwealth University. He lives in Richmond, Virginia, with his family.
