A core passion of Frank’s work is transforming the conversation around generosity, helping churches accelerate giving toward their God-inspired vision and equipping leaders with biblical strategies to cultivate lasting cultures of generosity. Frank’s journey of leadership spans across diverse sectors. Throughout his career, Frank has remained deeply committed to equipping churches to make a tangible difference in their communities. As one of the Founders of Phase Partners, he created innovative solutions to critical societal challenges, particularly in addressing the childcare crisis. His work has empowered churches to reimagine their impact, providing resources and strategies to meet the needs of families in meaningful ways. Before Generis, he also served as the Executive Director of Leadership Development at Orange, where he empowered thousands of church leaders to build sustainable ministry systems. As the Family Pastor at Elevation Church, Frank helped shepherd one of the fastest-growing churches in the country, creating systems that supported families and children at scale. His leadership extended beyond ministry when he served as President of a nationwide retail insurance firm operating in 47 states, giving him a unique understanding of organizational health, operational efficiency, and business strategy. Frank’s dynamic approach, grounded in practical wisdom and a servant’s heart, inspires leaders to think beyond the status quo.
