Fayruz Kirtzman is an innovator and a thought leader in Korn Ferry’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Practice. She oversees Korn Ferry’s Global DE&I Diagnostics solution and leads teams that develop optimized DE&I strategic roadmaps with the ultimate goal of diversifying the workplace and leadership, unleashing innovation, and increasing performance. For over 20 years, Fayruz has served as a trusted advisor to clients in a variety of industries, such as consumer goods, financial services, technology, manufacturing, and professional services. She was part of the founding facilitation team at Cornell University’s “Advanced Diversity Strategies” workshop for experienced diversity practitioners and has presented on diversity, equity, and inclusion at conferences such as The Conference Board and Linkage. Fayruz has authored numerous white papers and articles, has participated in national and global panels, and led webinars for audiences around the world. She applies her professional and personal experiences—spanning three cultures, three countries, and three religions— to provide insights into leveraging the power of diversity for increased team and organizational effectiveness. Fayruz was born and raised in Germany and holds a bachelor's degree in Translation from the Fachhochschule Koeln, Germany.
