Hello. I'm Evonne Wareham. I'm an award winning author of romantic thrillers. My books are set in my beautiful homeland of Wales and in some of my favorite European holiday locations. The four books in my 'Riviera' Series are at the lighter end of the thriller spectrum - a shot of escapism when the world looks drab and grey - exciting, romantic and glamorous. I'm proud to say that the third in the series - A Villa in Portofino - was nominated for the Jackie Collins Romantic Thriller of the Year Award 2022, presented by the Romantic Novelists' Association in the UK. My other books are a little more gritty. What Happens at Christmas is a romantic suspense for the festive season - love, snow and kidnapping in the wilder parts of Wales. Never Coming Home, my debut novel, was winner of the Joan Hessayon New Writers' Award, a Single Titles' Reviewers' Choice Award, Oklahoma Romance Writers' of America National Readers' Choice Award and the Colorado Romance Writers' Award of Excellence for romantic suspense. Out of Sight, Out of Mind, a paranormal romantic thriller, was a finalist in the 'Maggie', the Award for Excellence presented by the Georgia chapter of the Romance Writers' of America.
