For several decades, Ernest Llynn "El" Lotecka has been involved with quality of life enhancement as a success coach, psychosocial counselor, development researcher, program director, and managerial consultant. He has worked for a wide variety of educational organizations and universities; local, state, and federal agencies; small, medium, and very large businesses as well as individuals, couples, and families. After traveling the world, El has lived in California for the innovative and diverse culture. He enjoys conversations, nature walks, blended swimming, honest media, as well as varieties of art, music, dancing. yoga -- and sociable animals.
