Dr Stephanie Fitzgerald is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, Neuropsychologist, international keynote speaker and award-winning author. Stephanie has worked in Mental Health for two decades and began working as a Health and Wellbeing Consultant in 2013, helping organisations and individuals reach their healthiest and happiest potential. Founder of Soyo Ltd, Stephanie specialises in delivering practical, evidence-based interventions, focusing on sustainable improvement. Stephanie is passionate about ensuring people are happy, healthy, safe and engaged in all aspects of their life, and particularly in the workplace, believing everyone can and should enjoy work. As could be expected, Stephanie loves all things words and writing. Stephanie runs regular journalling workshops and writing retreats to encourage others to get the words in their hearts onto the page. Stephanie is an avid reader and publishes articles across mainstream media, including regular features in Psychologies magazine. Stephanie's next book 'The Gifts of Winter' will be published on 16th October 2025 and focuses on finding joy and warmth hidden in our coldest season.
