As the President of Borja Consulting Group, Dr. Jairo Borja, DBA is on a mission to elevate small business owners and entrepreneurs to their full potential. “Dr. B” is a sought-after speaker, author, and consultant. Borja Consulting Group, LLC is designed to assist entrepreneurs and working professionals to network strategically, build quality relationships, and close more deals. Dr. B is also an education consultant assisting with program evaluation and curriculum review of programs that assists entrepreneurs advance to the next level. He also is a real estate investor and a part owner of a 52-unit apartment complex in Southern Pines, NC. Dr. B is also involved in a 120 Key Hotel in Lake Charles, LA and a 48-unit in Hickory, NC. He is also the international best-selling author of Networking Your Way to Success: 10 Steps to Building Relationships & Expanding Your Business for Entrepreneurs & Working Professionals and host of “The Dr. B Show” podcast, highlighting minority businesses and thought leaders. Dr. B also created a course that assists entrepreneurs and working professionals in networking virtually: “Transforming Your Way to Success.” Since serving his community is paramount, Dr. B has donated his time in the past to several organizations including, Prospanica, ASIS International, Young Professionals Council for the New York City Chapter. Dr. B is also the vice president of corporate and entrepreneurial programs for the Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey. In his role, he oversees all programming for the SHCCNJ, including the Hispanic Entrepreneurship Training Program (HETP) and the Latina Entrepreneurship Training Series (LETS). The Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey is the voice to 120,000 Hispanic business owners in the State of New Jersey. 104 Dr. B received his doctor of business administration degree in marketing from Walden University in March 2019. He received his master of business administration degree in management from Long Island University in 2007. Lastly, Dr. B received his bachelor of business administration degree in management from Berkeley College in 2003. Dr. B lives in Linden, NJ, with his wife and two daughters.
