Deborah Rose was fourteen when she first put pen to paper to write Dragon Pearls and, ten years later, she's a professional editor rereleasing it through Gatsby House.

After getting a First Class BA (Hons) in Creative Writing from the University of Chichester and advanced training from The Publishing Training Centre, she started work as a ghostwriter and editor for Alee Anderson Editorial. Her fascination with language extends far beyond the page as she spends her free time volunteering as an English teacher with refugee charities and learning Mandarin Chinese.
