Anderson Sr., and at 67, I discovered the powerful outlet of writing during my 60s—a time when I least expected to find my voice. For many years, I kept my dyslexia cloaked in secrecy, hiding it from friends and family. Now, however, my stories pour out like vivid cinematic scenes, each a unique lens through which I express my innermost thoughts and feelings. It is my sincerest hope that you enjoy reading my work as much as I relish the joy of crafting it. After dedicating 35 years to the construction industry, I’ve come to realize something profound: formal education is not a prerequisite for sharing your story with the world. Writing is an empowering endeavor that invites all voices to be heard. I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to the creators of Microsoft and Grammarly. Their incredible software has been a beacon, illuminating my path as I navigate the sometimes-choppy waters of writing.
