David Dodge is a St. Louis Real Estate Investor with over 20 years of experience. He first started investing in real estate when he was in college, at the age of 20, while attending the University of Missouri-Columbia. David specializes in wholesaling real estate and uses The BRRRR Method to acquire rental properties with NONE of his own money! He also loves teaching others how easy it is to learn how they too can wholesale real estate for huge profits & how they can use OPM (other people's money) to buy rental properties! David and his team have wholesaled over 700 houses to date, and his company, “House Sold Easy” averages approximately 3-5 real estate transactions a month. David also loves to fix-and-flip properties as well as add properties to his rental portfolio. David has over 100+ rentals currently, and he has a goal to take his rental portfolio to over 250 properties in the next 24-36 months. David is also the Co-Author of 3 Books: “The Ultimate Guide to Wholesale Real Estate”, “The BRRRR Method” & “The 3 Pillars of Wholesaling Real Estate,” which he wrote with his business partner, Mike Slane. His podcast “Discount Property Investor” teaches people all about wholesaling real estate as well as provides tons of tips and tricks about marketing, landlording, rehabbing, and utilizing The BRRRR Method.
