DAVID B. MCCOY earned his history teaching degree from Ashland University and his graduate degree from Kent State University. After thirty-two years of teaching, David retired to write short books on a wide variety of topics. David also holds certificates of completion from FEMA and the Columbia Regional Learning Center in Personal Emergency Preparedness. In addition to these, he holds the certificate "COVID-19: What You Need to Know" from the Inter-state Postgraduate Medical Association.
