Darcie Morin is a Maryland-based author whose imagination is fueled by a lifelong passion for storytelling. With a master’s degree in English and Creative Writing, she crafts gripping thrillers and mysteries that pull readers to the edge of their seats, while also exploring the sweeping worlds of fantasy and the emotional sparks of paranormal romance.
Inspired by the psychological twists of Criminal Minds and the enchanting storytelling of Once Upon a Time, Morin blends suspense, heart, and magic into narratives that linger long after the final page. Writing isn’t just a career for her—it’s a necessity, a calling she feels most alive answering.
Her novels include The Nick Rudd series: 12 Murders Till Christmas, Deadly Sight, Dead to Writes, and her first psychological thriller and standalone novel, Sick Obsession. She also published novels like Shadow of Grace, Fall From Grace, and Hidden Grace, which are no longer in print. Her newest series will focus on NYPD homicide Detective Zoe Grant and include Daddy Made Me Do It/.
Beyond her novels, Morin has expanded her creative reach into songwriting and other forms of writing, always eager to experiment with new ways of expressing the stories that won’t leave her alone. She shares her life with her two closest companions—her mom and her beloved pug—who keep her grounded, inspired, and endlessly entertained.
