Courtney Boyer, M.Ed., M.S., is a therapist-turned-relationship coach, writer, and speaker whose work centers on love, desire, and authenticity. With a background in mental health and sex therapy, she blends professional expertise with lived experience to spark honest, liberating conversations about relationships, identity, and the stories we tell ourselves. She is the author of Not Tonight, Honey: Why Women Actually Don’t Want Sex & What We Can Do About and Opened, her intimate memoir tracing the unraveling and reclamation of her own identity. Through both works, Courtney invites women to shed shame, reclaim their bodies and voices, and create relationships grounded in honesty and autonomy. When she isn’t writing or coaching, Courtney can be found chasing joy-traveling, reading, or savoring delicious coffee and deep conversation. She currently lives in Germany with her husband and three children, where she continues learning, unlearning, and writing the next chapter of her story.
