Bell’s newly written novel is Grievance, the story of a young widow approaching the one-year anniversary of her beloved husband’s death. Lily Declan is ready to leave the insanity of her grief only to find her family is being stalked by a shadow from her dead husband’s past. Who owns the dead? Who owns our memories? How does the young widow trust her raw and shifting emotions in the everyday life that denies death and celebrates life at any cost?
