Christina Walace is a Senior Lecturer of Entrepreneurial Management at Harvard Business School, a
serial entrepreneur, angel investor, and five-time Tony Award-nominated Broadway co-producer. A self-
described “human Venn diagram,” she has built a career at the intersection of business, technology, and
the arts.

Before joining the HBS faculty, Christina spent a decade building businesses in fashion, media, and
education, including an edtech venture inside the American Museum of Natural History focused on
getting more girls into STEM. She was a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group and
began her career at the Metropolitan Opera. She is also the co-author of New to Big and former co-host
of The Limit Does Not Exist, a podcast about people who build careers across multiple domains.

Christina’s work helps people and organizations navigate disruption, build resilient careers, and create
lives that are flexible, fulfiling, and sustainable. She holds undergraduate degrees in mathematics and
theater studies from Emory University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She lives in
Cambridge, Massachusetts, with her husband and two children.
