He's also a former athlete, coach and university administrator, so he understands the value of discipline, hard work, and perseverance. When he's not busy in church ministry, golfing poorly or taking a nice long bike ride, Pastor Charlie is passionate about helping people discover their unique identities, gifts, and purpose in life. He and his wife Wendy live in Strasburg, Ohio, and are thrilled to have three daugthers and sons in law, as well as five beautiful grandchildren.
