Cat Gardiner is an award-winning romance novelist who believes powerful love stories transcend time.

A lover of history, happy endings, comedy, and Jane Austen, Cat writes romantic fiction across time and place—from contemporary adventures and Austen-inspired variations to Gilded Age romance, mid-century noir, time travel, and sweeping twentieth-century historical fiction.

Whether she's sending Darcy and Elizabeth into a new era or creating original heroes and heroines, Cat's stories blend richly drawn settings, emotional journeys, humor, history, and unforgettable romance.

Her historical novel A Moment Forever was a 2017 Next Generation Indie Book Award Romance Finalist. She is a member of the National League of American Pen Women and a longtime living historian whose fascination with the people and stories of the past continues to inspire her fiction.

Whatever the century, readers can count on one thing: love will find a way.
