My name is Bryan Murray and I am an Author/Screenwriter living in Florida. In all my writing, my favorite genre has always been action-based suspense thrillers. I am also a huge James Bond fan and I wanted to give my Readers an idea of what perhaps his American counterpart would be like. The 'Assassin Series' of political thrillers centers around Jake Harrigan, a tough, Irish/American ex-CIA 'black ops' assassin and his partner and girlfriend Sarah Schaumberg, an equally tough ex-FBI agent. When they form their top level security firm in Washington, DC, they work with Presidents and Prime Ministers as well as all the top intelligence agencies such as the FBI, CIA, DEA, NSA and even the Israeli Mossad and the UK MI6. Jake gets the job done in a ruthless, dedicated manner, but he is totally protective and kind-hearted when it comes to his friends and clients. Sarah is his intuitive, behavioural specialist sidekick who helps them to succeed against all the odds in many different, exotic locations. Their missions, working for their main client, the Chief-of-Staff at The White House, takes them to Israel. Africa, Italy, Latin America, Russia, Ukraine, England and Northern Ireland and also in Washington DC where Jake and Sarah are based. Two new E-books recently added to the first ten Jake Harrigan Political Thrillers are Book 11 'Assassin 11 -The Ultimate Prize' an almost prophetic look at the sinister happenings surrounding a US General Election, and Book 12 'Assassin 12 - Traffick Stop' a frightening look into the world of human sex trafficking, the fastest-growing crime scenario on the planet. I have also recently launched two E book romances on Kindle titled 'Design for Love' and 'The Crystal Legacy' with Book 1 'Assassin' now available in paperback and Books 1 and 2 in the Assassin Series also available in Audio on Audible. And now, I have launched Book 13 in the Jake Harrigan Series titled 'Assassin 13 - Paradigm'. This is my first brush with Sci-Fi and it covers a black-ops Government project exploiting homeless veterans in Human Enhancement Engineering. This was followed by Book 14 ‘Head of the Snake’ a close look at the horrors in North Korea. Then came Book 15 ‘Neutral Ground’ a look at wingsuit jumping terrorist suicide bombers. Book 16 ‘The Algorithm Man’ takes a close look at Chinese hacking of World financial markets. And now in 2019 Book 17, ‘The Valley’ was launched, a terrifying story of the Chinese theft of a US nuclear device that they attempt to launch back at the USA. Moving into 2020/2021, I have added two new books, Book 18, ‘Eye in the Sky’ a terrorist plot to use a deadly nerve gas to kill hundreds of thousands of innocent Americans and Book 19, ‘The Oligarchs’, where Jake and Sarah track down the assassins of Big Tech Oligarch CEO’s in a massive cyber attack on the US financial institutions. In the Spring of 2021, I have now launched milestone Book 20. ‘Cyber Games’, where Jake and Sarah track down international terrorists intent on launching power blackouts in major US cities in the middle of winter. I am also working with my partner, a successful, experienced packaging specialist in Los Angeles, where we are looking for interested Showrunners and Producers to help bring the entire Assassin Series of Jake Harrigan thrillers to TV in a multi-season TV Drama Series. I am also a screenwriter and I have already adapted 28 series episode scripts. The idea of a TV series centered around an American James Bond style central character has obvious potential audience appeal.
