Brian Young has lived in many places and currently resides in Austin, Texas. He loves to write when he can find the time. His amazing partner, Natalie is a program manager for a non-profit organization. Natalie is a breast cancer survivor. They have three children. Brian wrote his first children's chapter book, The Adventures of Pinky Whiskers and Sharp Nose, in 2000. It is based on stories made up by his great-grandfather that he heard while sitting on his grandmother's lap as a small child. They captivated his mind and he wanted to share them so he put them in a book. Brian continues to write during his free time.
