B.T. Skull is a sentient magical skull from another universe that uses some guy like a tuning fork in your universe to type up his stories. If the tuning fork doesn't do its job, elevator music is played into its head until it complies. Mr. Skull doesn't want to do this, but your universe deserves to be able to read these marvelous tales.
