As a therapist, Aya invites women to come into deeper union with themselves. Working with women who are striving to find their true identity, release their limiting beliefs, trauma and constraints - Aya facilitates a transformative space for women to embody their deepest truth and bring joy, creativity and passion into their life. A sound healing practitioner and a medicine woman she weaves stories and sounds to create nourishing environments for transformation through deep rest and the guidance back to the heart - our true home. Aya was initiated in the shamanic traditions of indigenous Americans and Indo-Tibetan method of Dzogchen meditation. In her online programs and face to face sessions she draws from this lineage as well as her strong roots in formal education: Aya has gained Masters in Social Science with additional qualifications in psychotherapy, conflict resolution, healing trauma and bodywork; a fail-proof system to supporting women whole-heartedly accessing their potential and restoring their inner and outer radiance.
