Anne Johnstonbrown is an actor, musician and filmmaker. She has worked as an Adjunct Professor of Theatre Arts at several SoCal universities, including The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles, where she taught Acting, Auditioning and the Business of Acting.

Anne is the author of The 10 Commandments of Theater and True to archeType: A Guide to Characterization in Comedy, both works published by Smith & Kraus, the world's largest publisher of theatre arts books. She is also a prolific voice actor and award-winning audiobook producer, having won the Audible Narrator of the Year Award in 2013.

As a filmmaker, Anne has won dozens of awards for her short film series based on her novel, My Name’s Lyman. She currently resides in Las Vegas, working as a commercial voice actor and podcast producer.
