Andi Baldwin, a Bozeman, Montana native, has been with PIE since 2014, when she came to the firm as a consultant to deliver work on behalf of clients like KPMG, JLL, Slalom, and IBM. She joined the management team in 2018, became COO in 2023, and was named CEO in 2025. Andi has worked in nearly every part of the business during her tenure at PIE and finds immense joy in solving the ever-present puzzle that is growing a professional services firm. Andi is proud to lead a firm that has made game-changing connections for thousands of executives around the world from its HQ in snowy Bozeman. She is equally proud to have built a culture that keeps a line out the door of exceptional talent, and a Partner group at PIE that is majority women. Andi lives with her husband, Nic, in Bozeman, MT. She has bachelor’s degrees in International Business and German from University of Rhode Island, and master’s degrees in Public Relations and International Relations from Syracuse University.
